Antique tailor store display bust wall hanging mannequin. This was from the tenth avenue tailors, oregon. (i have their same era corporate seal in another listing). Looking at the inside, it appears to be made of layers of fibers, then painted/glossed over/hardened. The outside has a burlap texture in black. It has some fading overall, more to the edges. There is a hole in the back of the neck for wall mounting. 10 tall from lowest point of chest to top of neck, .
