Antique 1940s bust mannequin millinery store display 14.5 tall very rare

Very rare 1940-1950 millinery bust made of plaster with hand painted details in excellent condition. There is a small chip on the back of her head. She is 14.5 tall x 9.5 x 7 approximately. She has number 51 on the base.
