Newly covered, full sized, vintage dress form mannequin with separate hoop skirt on stand. The mannequin cover was constructed using cotton knit fabric with a decorative zipper. Adjustable height on the mannequin stands 70 inches tall when fully extended. Bust, waist and hips are 32-24-35. The handmade hoop skirt pictured is included.
