Dress Form Mannequin vintage altered with crown and fancy gown created while on the body using many fabric lace pieces Anita Spero Design

This dress form mannequin is my play on'the secret garden', a beautifully created large collectible sculpture-like piece, made from a well constructed antique mannequin/dress form. Without the stand it measures: 50" tall with crown, 17" wide at the waist/ hips and 13 deep. With the stand it measures 62.5"tall and the base with wheels is 13" by 13. I created her from a vision of watching a young girl walk through a hedge curved entrance to an awesome secret garden.

What would your secret garden look like everything is fully secured to the piece except the crown and base which can be removed. I created the dress by piecing it together.

Some pieces are hand dyed and everything was cut while on the body. The flowing skirt is creating from beautiful summer green vintage tulle netting with the under skirting in a barely mint blue. The top is dyed and made to fit like a glove. The pink laces and fabric are tattered, cut or found pieces and the falling rose buds are just delicate and lovely.

I create all my crowns and they are always one of a kind. The rhinestone jewels are juliana, weiss and other designer pieces. Note: the stand is available for additional cost, please message me if you are interested. Thank you for looking at my creation, anita spero.
