French Antique Childs Mannequin Dress Form 1860 70

For sale is the most delightful french childs mannequin. This rare child's shop display mannequin dates late 1800s. It has all its original wooden shoulder discs, a superb carved finial, and a very high-quality tripod base in its original rare colour of grey and not the normal black.

With a metal turn key for height adjustment. The black traditional french original linen covering on the mannequin is in very good condition, there is evidence of age and some stains, and an odd repair which only add to its authenticity. The size would donate for a child's age of 6-8 years old.

A superb and rare quality child's mannequin ready to grace any boudoir or museum. Total height including finial46 inches. When stem to the bottom height is 40 inches (102cm).
