Hat Stand millinery, hat pins, 1900 Antique, mannequin head

This beautiful antique hat stand, nice and tall. 10 1/2 inches tall and 7 inches across approximately. Lots of wear from use over the years has a hole exposing wood stuffing. Has a hole for table stand but no stand, just the head.
