Vintage 1920s Mannequin Head Art Deco, Hat Store Display, Plaster or Composition, issues, sloppy repaint

Vintage 1920s mannequin head art deco, hat store display, plaster or composition, issues, sloppy repaint. Era: true vintage item from the 1920s. Measurements: she is about 14 inches tall, 21-1/2 inches around the head (forehead). Original 1920s mannequin head to display hats. She is made of composition with sleek molded hair off her forehead with curls on the back of the neck. The hair is a light yellow blonde with slight glaze. Her eye are cut out replaced with another material with the eyes repainted. I don't know when the eye were cut out, if that was original or done later. There is a'71' on the back of the mannequin head. Condition: the mannequin in in very good condition with some issues. Someone started to repaint the head with a peachy flesh tone paint that is flat, no gloss. The face is done sloppily and they've gone over part of the hair. It looks like the eyes had been painted previously and then painted with this flesh.

The cut out eyes are painted sloppily. There are some marks and scratches on the face, the lips are partially covered. There are 2 hairline surface cracks on one side of the head. This item is made of composition.
