Made of cardboard with adjustable rods that you can extend and lock into place with knobs you tighten and loosen. All seem to work properly except the back shoulder blades. They will need to be reattached if using for practical use. I love it as an industrial chic decor element. The height is adjustable so it would work great on a higher surface or the floor.
