Vintage Glass Mannequin Head France Cobalt Blue 70s Wig Hat Stand

This vintage glass head would make a beautiful addition to any home or storefront it is made of cobalt blue glass and is most likely from the 1970's. It is approximately 11" tall, 8" long. The base has a diameter of 4 1/4. It is in vintage condition with no chips or cracks.

It does have light scratching and some flaws from production. Please see all pictures to best understand condition.
