Vintage Half Scale Dress Form On Stand Mannequin 1 2 Scale Tailor's Dressmaker Form 1940's Fruitwood Dress Form Collectable Sewing Craft

Lovely original condition half scale dress form mannequin. Fruitwood base and stand with dress form. Dress form is covered in black nylon netting. There are 3 separate sections, base, pole and dress form which all screw together. Dress form and stand are 1940's.

Gold coloured dress is 1950'2 - 1960's. Height 70cms or 27.5 (bottom of base to top of neck). Bust 45.7cms or 18.

Waist 30.4cms or 12. Hips 41cms or 16,1. I have used it for both dressmaking and also for displaying brooches and jewellery. The dress form is in very good condition. Wood has a lovely rich patina with the odd scuff.

Black netting has a couple of holes, but is still nice and tight. The dress is in good condition, small mark to front and back seams are unfinished. A lovely item for display or to use.

This item is made of fruitwood and netting, cotton blend.
