Description / a vintage mannequin head, circa 1930's as my best guess, since she does have a jean harlow like appearance / made of a composition material / her head circumference is 21 inches / she is about 13.5 inches high / there is an imprint which appears to say 2x / this is an as is sale - structurally sound however there are obvious visible issues and damage as shown in the photos / these include: the paint on the bottom is peeling off; there is crackling on the eyes, rear, neck, hairline, and face; paint layer loss on the face; surface dirt present - discoloration; hole at end of hairline, see last photo. And an occasional paint chip might dislodge including more in transit to your location. Please use the photos as your guide to the head's style, coloring and features.

Condition / this head has earned itself a fair plus rating, per the condition chart below, with the most notable issues noted in the description section of the listing. Mint - pristine, perfect, as new, no flaws or wear evident. Excellent - used with no noticeable flaws.

Very good - used with minor flaws, no repairs needed. Good - visible wear, minor flaws and/or optional repairs needed. Fair - numerous flaws, repairs needed, likely fragile.
