This is a gorgeous old female mannequin head & shoulders. Mad from a plaster mold, or possibly fiberglass, she was hand painted and has acquired an amazing chippy, shabby patina over her years of age and neglect. Great unique and artsy boho piece for displaying jewelry, hats or maybe a collection of rosaries, etc.
