Vintage Singer 1940's 40's Dressmaker Mannequin Dress Form Tailors Dummy

Vintage singer 1940's dress makers mannequin. Doesn't include stand - body only. I've taken a photo of the base. It's in pretty good condition considering the age. Please study all photos as i've tried to photograph defects. There's quite a few pin holes on the front - ribbon that has come away and a few tiny marks. Waist measures - 25.5.
