Zip archive with the blueprints. Sick and tired of using styrofoam heads that are never the right size and fall over. This head form not only looks 10 times nicer but also works a lot better. It has a big base to make sure it never falls over (even with front heavy masks or head pieces). This diy 3d puzzle takes up almost no space when disassembled. The size and proportions are accurate to the average human head. This features a hollow inside and a cut in slot for a fan. By adding a small fan (usb powered desktop fan) you can turn this stand into a dryer for your masks as well. Want to assemble your 3d puzzle permanently.

Get yourself a little glue and add this between the slots when assembling. Extra sturdy and never coming apart again. This digital download blueprint comes in 2 versions. The regular version: meant to be cut from materials of 3mm thick. The light version: made with fewer pieces and meant to be cut from materials of 6mm thick.

The download includes 3 file types: ai, dxf and pdf (both full size and in a print ready format you can tape together). This blueprint works best when using your favorite plywood with a laser cutter or scroll saw. Different materials like cardboard, plexiglass, foam board. May also be used, but may result in a lower structural integrity of your assembled head form. Are you building the light version and are the pieces at the top of the head not quite staying together.

The files also include a stabilizer you can 3d print and slide over these top pieces. Sale or re-distribution of the blueprints is not allowed. You are allowed to sell up to 10 physical items per year you made using this blueprint.
